Thanks to ozone, in fact, tomatoes can get to keep in perfect condition for up to two weeks.
“Our company, since 1993, has been involved in growing vegetables,” explains Marco Ongaro. For two years already, we have adopted ozone generators for our storage cells. This simple, effective and low economic impact solution has allowed us to preserve our tomatoes for a long time and better, keeping all the organoleptic qualities intact and, above all, has allowed us to drastically decrease the use of plant protection products“.
